Therapeutic Massage 

Roz uses a range of techniques; deep tissue & remedial techniques, body rocking , assisted stretching, Swedish massage & light vibrational touch. She can also offer Indian head massage & a natural lift face massage.

Each treatment is tailored to your body and your needs whether you need deeply relaxing or to              

               address a specific problem or postural imbalance, we can devise a single session or program to suit.                                                               

  Reiki & Spiritual Healing

Roz has trained in Traditional Usui Reiki, Angel Reiki and completed her Spiritual Healer practitioner certification as well as an Holistic Counsellor Diploma. She works intuitively sometimes with hands on and other times hands off. Each individual session is different both in structure and in experience for the client. Receiving a healing session is a wonderful way to relax and let go of stuck energy that may be holding you back in some way or creating pain or illness in the body. It encourages the bodies natural healing capacity on all levels physically, emotionally and spiritually. 

                            The client is fully clothed and lying down on the massage couch unless seated is preferred.
